The Indiana Officials Association, Inc. (IOA) is the largest of 25 local officials associations throughout the state of Indiana. We are organized to:

  • Assist member officials improve their proficiency and efficiency in the interpretation and application of rules and officiating mechanics.

  • Cultivate and improve the relationship between athletic officials and athletic directors, coaches, players, the media, and the public in general.

  • Promote and maintain the highest standards of officiating and ethics for all athletic officials.

  • Work in cooperation with the IHSAA and other local officials associations in support of high school athletics.
